Is fear holding you back from living a juicy, abundant and successful life that you absolutely deserve?
Most of us have experienced fear which can be in the extreme form of anxiety, paranoia. Or, to the lesser form, a fear holding you back from speaking your truth.
You may experience symptoms of shortness of breath, your tummy rumbling, heart rate pounding, feeling the walls closing in on you or people looking at you.
You may be saying to yourself: “Not feeling good enough, don’t have enough knowledge to make a success, not worthy enough to be liked, I don’t deserve to receive compliments on a job well done”.
These fears are irrational and if you listen you can appropriately interpret them, then successfully Kick them to the kerb once and for all!

THE STEPS BELOW ARE FOR TURNING ANXIETY INTO POWER:
Find yourself a comfortable spot and relax, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, breath in through your mouth and out through your nose.
While you are in this relaxed state ponder on your fear -
Face you fear. Notice your anxiety.
Have fun with this and ask yourself, what am I anxious about, be honest with yourself and go deep, keep digging until you get to the root of your fear, feel those feelings. It may take a few attempts to get to the root of your fear, it is ok, keep moving through this part of the exercise until you identify with your fear.
e.g. Are you feeling that you are not worthy of being happy even though you have worked your butt of, and deserve abundance, you will be laughed at and judged?
Of course, the negative chit chat is not true, it is a limiting belief.
Now let’s turn that negative chitchat around to an empowering positive and say: “I deserve all the happiness, abundance and prosperity because I have worked so hard to get where I am today”
REPEAT THE ABOVE SENTENCE DAILY AT LEAST 10 TIMES, WHILST LOOKING AT YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR, SAY IT WITH MEANING!

Getting real with your understanding.
Often anxiety is trying to talk to us and we’re just not picking up on the physical or mental cues.
When you see the signs of it, all you need to do is simply state it.“I’m feeling anxious, about ……………………” and it OK, take a few deep breaths.
Once you recognise the true reason for being anxious, you may find that there is a softening around that fear your experienced – this is a huge and powerful step.You are now ready to rise above it!
This is where the real power comes in. This is the fun part, where you get to be a creative grown up, the master of your own domain. Once you’ve discovered why you are feeling anxious… whether it is a fear of failure, or a memory of past hurt or humiliation, then you need to counter the fear and negativity with courage and optimism. It’s that simple – and that challenging.
Accepting the anxiety is to choose your deepest strength.It is turning the brain muddle into your brilliance, and your nervousness into vital fuel to help you shine brighter than ever.
Be patient with yourself.The first step is always hardest to make, remember to take one step at a time in a positive direction.
